The best thing about trapstation as I see it has been the ease of use for our IT professionals who have very little training in this particular area. We are able to remotely monitor various devices from a central location which makes managing these devices much easier than having them physically present at each site. It does not allow me to create new rules or modify existing ones. This would be helpful but we currently don't know how to go around doing this without getting stuck with an old version of Trapsource. Also some of our clients may not like us using Trapsource because they perceive it to be a "hacker" tool. That's fine, its their choice. But I can assure everyone involved will benefit by knowing what kind of traffic goes through there networks.
