This is a great shower head but unfortunately I didn't quite understand what a 9.5 inch shower head looks like. I needed a new shower head for my daughter's bathroom. We have just moved into our new home and all the shower heads in the house are original. She said she loved the rainfall shower head, and I was so happy to find it at a great price (just under $18 at the time of this review) that I didn't even realize how big the 9.5 inch shower head was was. This is a great shower head with a polished chrome finish, 360* adjustable brass ball joint and 2.5 gallon removable water restrictor. The head has 72 hole nozzles that effectively prevent clogging from limescale deposits. The downside of having a shower head that big in a smaller shower is that you can't tilt it down for a real 'rain shower'. It also takes a long time to drain all the water when you turn off the water. (see video) This is a great shower head, but not one we should have in a smaller shower. My daughter said that so far so well so I'll take it as a win.
