I'm 5'7" and 38D and I carry most of my weight on my stomach and upper back. The way the bodice of the dress sits is very flattering for those with upper back weight. It falls away from the body in such a way that it covers the stomach. I'm tall and he's long on me. I wore it with heels, a sheer printed kimono for a wedding and got a lot of compliments on the dress. Thicker quality material. Not thin and not translucent. I want one in every color!
