I had a great shower head for 12 years but the part holding the shower head broke and I had to replace it. Went to Target and bought a Waterpik shower head for $29.99. Worst move! Everything was plastic and the hose didn't bend, forcing me to struggle to move the shower head. Also the parts were brown which was deceptive as the shower head itself was chrome plated and was the only part to be seen in the packaging. So I went to Revain. After this experience, I was a little nervous about trying it since it was only $10 more ($39.99), but the reviews were good, so I gave it a try. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: EASY to install, no tools required Large shower head Plenty of settings to suit each individual preference Doesn't block the flow of water so if you have good water pressure this hose will serve you well It's very flexible and makes easy to maneuver Comes with faucet, rubber washers and flow restrictor (if that is your wish) Lightweight CONS Some parts are still plastic although at this price point you really can't complain. Not sure yet if it will last as long as my other one - 12 years
