Review on Snappy Kraken by Eric Broad

The software is very user friendly, it's easy to learn and I've only had one issue where the system was down for about an hour. The customer service is also fantastic. They are always there when you need them and they help out in any way that they can. The support team has been very helpful with my questions and issues. I would highly recommend this product! It does all of the things that we need it to do. It helps us keep track of our clients and make sure that they are on top of paying their taxes on time.
