They were received from the moment I opened the box. It wasn't all the fault of the back hugs as I started reading about how to put them on my boyfriend properly, grab them and take them apart and when you do it, uh, forget it. It took more time to figure out how to wear it than it's worth. When I finally tried them, I was disappointed. I don't know but I thought they would fit but I thought they would help with my posture. I spent years with my mom telling me to sit up straight so it finally got annoying and I figured it would help me exercise. They have not. I've tried them on under my clothes I've tried them on over my clothes I've tried wearing them short I've tried wearing them long I've tried and tried now they're just in the closet. I contacted the company to see if I'm doing something wrong but received no response.
