This is the best posture corrector I've found. It's easy to adjust (take the time to get it right the first time) and hides well under clothing. It helps me with back pain caused by my terrible posture. I would recommend it.

I've tried other posture correctors that were low and just hurt. They weren't well made or well designed. I did some digging and found this from the Healthline listing. I have temporomandibular joint and poor posture makes the problem worse. So I have to wear it because of the pain.
