Review on Youreka by Abdalla Galloway

It's easy enough that even non technical people could use it without too much hassle. The UI isn't very intuitive at first but once used everything becomes easier than expected! I'm solving several issues in our organization such as tracking customer feedbacks (which are mostly positive), managing leads/customers etc - all within one platform with ease of access from anywhere using any device be they desktop or mobiles devices like Android phones / tablets & iPhones! This has made my life sooo simple!!
