The best things I bought

I was in class sitting down and all of a sudden I couldn't stand up,went to my doctor and found out I have Arthritis in my knees, these braces are wonderful, I can get up and down with no problem, I still have pain but I can move around and that's what counts.

Helps to prevent lateral and medial ligament injuries

Cons

May not be suitable for people with patellofemoral pain syndrome
