Honestly, there's nothing wrong with this mug (except that it's not dishwasher safe). It works as advertised and certainly doesn't leak. The motor seems quite powerful but admittedly I didn't have any other cup to compare to as this is my first. The only downside is that it definitely won't last 25 uses before the battery dies. Best 19-20. Not a deal breaker, you'll probably have to top it up a little more often than you'd expect. I don't mind swapping, but it would be nice if you could use the cup while it's plugged in. What often happens to me is when I'm mixing drinks the battery dies and the motor cuts out and can't complete the cycle. So I plug it in and wait for it to build up enough charge to complete its cycle. This is more of a minor annoyance than anything else, but again a very solid mug overall.
