Review on Unanet GovCon and Professional Services by Paul Sanchez

The interface seems simple enough but I had some issues in my first go around with it which required me to have someone from support help us out. We were able use this software successfully though! But we still did not figure everything out so needed assistance at times. Very easy to learn once you get used to using it - however there are many options that can be confusing without having all your questions answered by an expert. Great tool if you need something basic or quick. Good option as long as they provide adequate customer service when things don't work right away (which was rare). Tracking our contract spendings within different departments.
