I received the phone. I inserted the SIM card as instructed and put the cover back on. i loaded it I called TRAC FONE (in the Philippines). I spoke to a young girl who assured me that she could absorb the correct information. She took my information and then routed me to whoever she called the CORD person. He said my phone would work at the appointed hour. It's not like this. The young lady called back and said it was weird that it wasn't working. She tried to solve the problem. In the end she told me to go to Revane and bring him back because she didn't know what to do. I thought it might be a problem with the cable, charger, SUM etc. I have had TRAC FONE for many years. I'm just amazed that I have these problems. Because it doesn't work, it's not easy to use, I don't think it has face recognition or a fingerprint scanner. All I want is a basic phone that can be used in emergencies. . I don't need a phone
