The ability to send custom messages via email or SMS directly from our website is very useful for generating leads and upselling clients. We have not found many other options that offer this functionality at such an affordable price point! I wish we had more customization features within the system. For example, it would be great if you could create multiple templates in order to customize each individual campaign differently without having to recreate them over and over again. However, these are minor issues which can easily be addressed by adding additional fields/fieldsets when setting-up campaigns as needed.
