The ease in which it can be used across multiple platforms is one thing I like about this software. You are able to set up alerts for many different events that you would want people notified when they occur! This allows us as an organization to stay informed without having to constantly send emails out or check our dashboard throughout each day. The ability to send custom messages via email or SMS directly from our website is very useful for generating leads and upselling clients. We have not found many other options that offer this functionality at such an affordable price point! I wish we had more customization features within the system.
