Review on Ventilated Ergonomic Contoured Orthopedic Pillowcase by Nicole King

Requested this to replace my 3.5 year old's old (and increasingly gross, run down) little memory foam pillow. (and soft enough) it's perfect for his little head. After unpacking (shrink wrapped and rolled) it was back in shape almost immediately. The box mentions airing 2 hours to get rid of any odors, however. Even after 3-4 hours the smell was still pretty strong for something you will be sleeping and breathing in all night. After a few days, the smell is no longer noticeable, at least through the pillowcases. I think it's a great pillow, but . my little one isn't that excited. He sleeps on it but doesn't like the hexagonal stitching. Old was preferred. So far only grumbling, not an outright rejection. But he's wrong; This pillow is better in almost every way. The curved shape fits your head and neck better than a normal pillow and is also amazingly soft. Overall a strong 4 stars but it's hard to give 5 if the main user didn't like it (and I was bothered by the smell which lingers for more than 2 hours). .
