Review on 🍞 Programmable Bread Maker BBME025 by Wolfgang Puck by Mike Cassidy

Bought a used car 2 years ago. The previous owner had already replaced a small plug under one of the blades and we had no issues. This machine makes a wonderful loaf of bread and I love its convenience and versatility. (It gets 5 stars for that.) However, the paddles sometimes slip when kneading tough dough, so I don't trust the machine to leave them alone to start the process. Then the design is such that after baking, usually the shoulder blades come loose in the baked bread and I have to pick them out before slicing the loaf. (He gets 2 stars for that.) Overall this is a very good car. All of the recipes in the guide worked for me, as did the mixes and recipes I found online. We bake bread about every 3 weeks.
