I don't like leaving bad reviews. "helped out" me in my situation. Reason for this review) I had a similar item. I've only noticed that it seems to irritate the skin and the hair grows faster and thicker. more, although it provides a smooth shave during use. these are the consequences (in my case). This product attracted attention because of all the additional features. But it didn't fit me. I ended up buying an epilator. I find what is best for me. (for facial hair on chin) FYI
