Bought a freezer monitor to monitor my freezer. I usually keep a lot of meat in the freezer. I've had a power outage in the past and the food in my freezer was going bad. Freezer service allows me to monitor the temperature and humidity in the freezer from my phone. For the first few weeks of owning the freezer, there was a power outage and the unit told me it was offline. I was able to solve this problem by putting my items in the fridge to avoid spoilage. The project manager sent a note with his contact details next to the device. This allowed me to report issues with the mobile app. The Android app has been updated and I can follow from both the website and the app.
