YerHost have been very responsive in all of our requests, they are always willing to go the extra mile to make me happy. They also have excellent customer service and support. I would say that their prices could be slightly cheaper for what you get. For example, their shared hosting package with 1 cpu and 4gb ram runs $0.99/month whilst most other providers go up to $12+. We host multiple websites, one of which is an email server, this ensures we only pay for the amount of resources we need at any given time.
