Review on Soracom by Bim Cook

I like how easy it was to create my own app, not only did they have great tutorials but everything you needed in order help get started with your first project! They also had some really good community support which made things easier when we were stuck or confused about something. The customer service can be very slow at times as well (it's been over 24 hours now). We used their API services where our product connects directly into Amazon Echo products such as Alexa so this worked out perfectly because we weren't creating any new apps ourselves just using what already existed from them.
