Review on 🔆 ASLONG 240W 28800LM 9005/HB3 H8/H11 LED Headlight Bulbs - Super Bright High Low Beam - Combo Package CSP LED Chips - Hi/Lo Lights 6000K White Halogen Replacement Bulbs (9005+H11, 4 Pack) by Steve Snyder

I bought 9005 (high beam) and 9006 (low beam) for my Honda Odyssey. These LED headlight bulbs have come a *long* way in terms of quality and ease of use over the last few years and can now easily be used as a replacement for regular OEM 9005/9006 bulbs. These are super bright and white (high color temperature) bulbs that offer excellent visibility and hopefully long life. Installation is easy. Be sure to remove the bulb from the mounting socket and install the socket using the tool provided. Then insert the bulb and adjust the alignment - make sure it's tight. Then just plug it into a compatible outlet. If you suffer from OCD like me, you can bundle the extra cable and box with an external driver to get it out of the way and reduce stress. WHAT I LIKE: *Very bright for high visibility *White light for high visibility (6000K color temperature)* Good light pattern - LEDs are well positioned to match standard light pattern* Heatsink feels sturdy and well designed* Quiet fan, den you can't hear it while driving with a standard bulb* Approach passable - not great but good enough* Braided patch cord - a nice touch that will hopefully last longer* It has an external driver box that seems to seal well so it has to be protect against moisture and corrosion. Installing an external driver is a bit trickier than mounting it on a heatsink, but I think it's worth it as it separates the driver circuitry from the heatsink so it doesn't heat up, which should extend the life of the light (in theory).* Claimed Lifetime 50,000 hours. Seems pretty ambitious based on past experience with LEDs, but time will tell. SUMMARY: This is a fairly good quality and well-engineered LED replacement for 9005/9006 filament bulbs that offers significantly improved visibility and is relatively easy to install.
