Easy setup - very straightforward process; good documentation provided by team members who were knowledgeable about their product! Could have more robust support options (such as phone calls) when something goes wrong instead just ticketing them through an online interface which is not always intuitive if it's my first time in there using this module/product etc.; could also provide training material so end users get up speed quickly. Benefits include faster transfer times across multiple countries within same bank account meaning money transfers happen quicker than before with less risk involved from currency fluctuation due too date conversion issues previously experienced between banks / country differences.
