It is difficult to rate a product that you personally do not like, but it is of good quality. The material is really smooth. Feels good on hands. It's easy to install and doesn't budge on the wheel. But these beats just weren't for me. I had to try several times to align them the way I wanted on the handlebars and I never got used to it. My friend liked the bumps but wanted more of a memory foam feel. This is not memory foam. Just a suede feel. Very well done, just not for me. The bumps are more like pits or indentations. Get off the bike, not on it. I tried to take pictures with the best angels. "Bumps" are further indentations in the wheel.
