I received beat up looking boots!
These boots arrived in really bad condition! All bent and squashed with the insoles loose! Very disappointed! I just decided to keep them since we've been getting hit with more snow than past winters. I didn't want to have to send back, reorder and wait for the new order. Good thing is that they do fit. Haven't used them yet so can't specify on warmth or if they are comfortable. Q
