I love that it has so many options for different types of real estate agents and their companies! My favorite is the ability to create multiple lists with different areas, so that we can send our message to the right people automatically. It's great how you can set up each piece of an email individually, so that it fits your needs the best. Some of the templates are really outdated. For example, there were no "Realtor" sub-lists in 2016. But they have since been added, so that is one of my issues now resolved. Make sure you look into all the features offered by this software to see what will work best for your agency. You'll be glad you did! Mailing lists! This software makes it extremely easy to set up so many mailing lists that we can't keep track of them all anymore! It keeps us organized and allows us to target our mailing list to meet our own unique needs!
