Review on Water Multi Functional Utilities Contractor Shutoff by Joe Kokenge

I already had one of these that I made at a weld shop many years ago for a lot more money (about $50) and this one is of the same good or better quality as mine doesn't have pads on the handles. It's solid, seems protected from any kind of rust, and the tooling is good, but I have no idea what it's good for, but the water shut-off itself is worth the price, but it really should have been about 12 inches longer . 4 stars only because it's shorter than it should have been, but it will still work fine.
