Great product, we love it as a regular shower gel and it's definitely great to use after karate. Part of the secret is stepping away from the shower, applying and simply leaving it on for 20-30 seconds and then rinsing off. Yes, it has a slight odor. So if you use it on your face, I strongly recommend keeping it away from your eyes and water that can get into your eyes. I cannot praise this product enough. We are not affiliated with this manufacturer and do not care in any way other than that we love the product. I will say our gallon arrived with a broken seal but I almost wonder if this was the result of the carrier's concern about the contents, which shouldn't have been.
