Such a cute backpack (and I'm picky about my backpacks) but the thread in the handle has already come undone and the loop on the front zipper has come undone! For the price, I understand that the lifespan is limited, but I've used it for less than a month! I wouldn't be mad if it happened 6 months later. But Revane made the exchange easy. The replacement was sent a few days later. Otherwise I live from the many pockets and compartments that this backpack has (inside and outside). I also love the colorful shoulder straps. I wish the backpack straps were as colorful (and detachable as the shoulder strap). Fingers crossed this one lasts way longer than a month!
