I was recently diagnosed with Morton's Neuroma, afternoon weeks with excruciating pain in my foot and inability to wear heels of any height. I tried them last night. I just put one on my leg where I have a neuroma. I didn't use glue, just placed it on top of the sock and then tightened three inches. Boots with heels. I was surprised! It seemed a bit strange at first just because I'm not used to it, but my foot never hurt the first time! I'm a bargain shopper so I gravitated towards the cheaper pads but they looked so flimsy I thought I was throwing my money away. These sold me for the visible thickness. I love how they work so much I'm ordering more today. Last night my leg felt good and I was able to dress as usual instead of wearing flats or sneakers. By the way, the chiropractor diagnosed my neuroma and after correction helped relieve the pain of wearing flat shoes. I recommend chiropractic adjustments and these pads if you want to feel normal again! BTW I've bought several different styles (full and partial insoles etc.) and options from different brands and these are the best I've bought.
