This is a great set to keep your baby's hands and feet warm in the snow. Remember that for babies, mittens are included, not gloves. These mittens are SUPER! Although my son can't put his thumb in the right spot right now, they work great! They reach high on his forearms (almost to his elbows) and attach very easily over sweatshirts/sweaters and a strap can be slipped around the wrist. It seems my son can crawl into these mittens for at least another year or even two (awesome!). If we put a winter jacket over it, it completely protects my son from the snow. He'd spent hours in the cold and just feet under the snow, and when he came back his hands and feet were warm and dry. hole is narrow. But once turned on, they stay at a good level. It was also hard to tell how much room there was in the boots as the rubber is too thick to push down to have room for your toes. I will say when you play in powder snow it really accumulates at the bottom of the shoe. So if you go back inside be very careful - they are slippery! Stars.
