I followed the measurements, fit well in the chest but too tight around waist and belly. 38DDD, round belly. I didn't like the material, although I know it was polyester, it felt plastic. For a $25. Blouse, I expected better. Felt like the material should be in a shower curtain. Will be returning for a refund .
