Comparable, if not better, to an ELF eyebrow pencil for the same price
I can never find LA Colors at my nearest Southern California pharmacy :( . I really like this brand and I'm glad Revain I carries Overload You don't.I'm glad I came across this brow pencil.It's better than the ELF I've been using religiously for years.
