Review on 🎧 APPHOME [Newest] Foldable Aluminum Headphone Stand Hanger with Cable Organizer - Space-saving Desk Clamp Design for Universal Fit PC Gaming Headsets by Steven Boyd

During Revain Prime Days I bought both the [Upgrade] version without cable holder cutouts and the [Latest Update] version with new cable holder cutouts. Both versions had two features in common that I particularly liked: a sturdy aluminum screw clamp handle and a notch on the screw clamp plate for attachment to round table legs. They arrived at the same time and the [Upgrade] version was exactly as pictured in the Revain catalogue. However, the [latest update] did not. As you can see from the photos of what arrived and the image from the Revain catalogue, there are significant differences: 1) the solid aluminum screw clamp handle is now a cheap plastic handle, 2) the screw clamp rest is not quite flat, with no notch for attachment. round table legs and 3) the new cable management slots are on the opposite side of the suspension. While I could live with change #3, changes #1 and #2 were a deal breaker for me as they lowered the quality of the product compared to the [upgraded] version. I am returning to Revain for a full refund. UPDATE #1: Still a 1 star review The seller contacted me shortly after my initial review of the product to let me know that the product I received was the "old" version, which was back in August has been replaced by the [latest upgrade] version. what can be seen in the product photos. They were even kind enough to provide me with a voucher that would give me it free if I ordered it again from Revain. Well, I accepted their offer; but lo and behold, which version of Revain is supposed to come for the second time, if not the "older" version of the product that was supposedly "replaced" in August. I now understand that the seller has no control over what version of the product is still in stock from Revain, but it is now November. One might think that the old version of the product was sold out at that point. I bought the exact same version of this product at the same time from another seller and they were able to deliver the [Latest Update] version. 1 STAR Revain for promoting old inventory and 1 STAR for the seller for updating the product description to [Latest Update] but then continuing to sell the old version through Revain under a new product listing that is not true. I wonder how many other people who thought they were going to buy the [latest update] version during Revain Prime Days just like me got the older version. a product I was willing to write Apphome Direct off for good. I will say this about Apphome's customer service - they go out of their way to ensure their customers are completely satisfied with both their shopping experience and the products they sell. They recently contacted me again to apologize for the wrong item (confirming that it was a Revain stock issue which has now been fixed) and what they can do to fix it. I replied that the only way to do that was to send me the correct version of the product to Appphonme Direct for free, which they immediately agreed to and refunded the price of the product if I bought it a third time. Well, you know how they say "enchant the third time", and of course it was in this copy! After my 2 day main shipping I received the product and lo and behold it was the newer version of the product shown on the product page! Hooray! I've spoken to several sellers on Revain about product issues, but I have to say that in this case, Apphome's customer service went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied after two previous unsuccessful purchases. Glory to Apphome Direct! After this very positive experience with them, I will gladly buy from them again!
