I really needed this to be wireless for my business as I'm a SAHM. I often print my orders from my upstairs computer and mail them to my downstairs office. I'm tired of putting labels on my bags, it just looks bad. I was so hoping that this printer would solve my problems. This is the worst printer I've ever tried. Instructions and software seem very old and outdated. It is NOT plug and play when connected to my computer via USB. There is NO CD - you have to download the correct driver from a variety of them. It's not cut and dry, it always has been. This is a big disappointment and disappointment. Needless to say it didn't even start on my computer, it said it was a risk and I definitely couldn't get it to work on my wifi. They had to do all that crazy Wi-Fi nonsense, nothing like a modern printer with the latest software it picks up on the web. Literally the worst thing I've ever tried and it's coming back asap.
