Great for small businesses

This machine was just what I needed. It was very easy to set up. Because there is a USB video that shows what to do with the drivers. This is quick and saves a lot of time. To open the lid you have to do 2 hands because the button has to be held for the same time. I will definitely be buying another one soon.

Driver didn't work for label printer

The driver sent with the label printer didn't work. I still get an error message. Went to their website to re-download the driver but they don't have a windows version available. They didn't reply to my email so now all I have is a label printer that I can't even use. Will probably come back

messy setup but good printer when its over!

Putting it back and forth took longer than expected, but once the labels were finally set to the right size, we haven't had any problems since. it is removed from the labels. because the only way to silence the alarm is to immediately load more paper or unplug the power cord.

Good size and good prints

Love it! It's small which makes it perfect for my table. Doesn't take up much space and looks good too. It's a nice clean black and white. Prints well, no problems so far. Perfect for what I need.

👎 Office electronics

Don't waste money on junk. The description says it's compatible with Windows 7.10, XP, but it's not! I wasted my time installing this and never succeeded, but the manual says it's only compatible with XP.

Simple and practical

This machine is relatively small and is suitable for small transports or shops. If you want to print a regular sized label, I recommend buying a larger printer.

The printer refused to print

The printer didn't enable USB for setup, forcing me to proceed by going to their website and downloading the drivers assuming I had internet. Luckily I did. And after I got the drivers and installed the printer in the middle, it didn't print. Any file, any format, nothing, drivers which I think installed without any problems considering that they used their own tool and recognized it. Anyway, it doesn't print. It just throws an error. Misprint. Please empty the print queue and try again.

Ideal for small businesses or those who have a lot to deliver. This makes label printing quick and easy. Thermal printing is also the cheapest way to print labels. This is much cheaper than replacing ink for a standard office printer. It took a little time to set up and learn the different settings from different sites like Etsy (which may have been my problem - a long and busy day) but now that it's up and running it's smooth and easy!
