I gave this product 3 stars because I it could use 1 balloon. But out of 4 packs, 2 popped out when inflated. It wasn't because I overfilled them, they weren't even half full when the side burst in the same spot on each ball. I filled the 3rd balloon a little more than halfway and filled the 4th balloon completely and was able to use it. For the price of 1 1/2 balls it was ok. Still, this company needs to come together and make sure you're shipping a quality product. I would spend a little more money for better quality. Also, these balloons don't fly. I've read reviews where someone says it says it in lower case on the ad (I read the reviews after having a problem with balloons). You don't have to read BALLOON reviews. It's a balloon! Should not be a problem. Just send me a balloon that won't pop before I use it and levitate. WHY isn't it showing? All in all I would most likely buy again. I would pay for the price even if it were only 1 balloon (incl. shipping). But please either increase the price and offer better quality or fix this balloon popping issue when inflating. The balloons looked beautiful (the ones that didn't pop). But please do better, even if it means a slight price increase. When I buy something, I intend to use it. I'm not looking for "cheap", I'm looking for something I can actually use. You can see the balloon in my photo. It's hanging on the door. Where can you put a balloon that is NOT FLOATING? :)
