The plastic is nice, thick and not too thin. The front fender fits under the frame hole above the wheel. My reflector screw went through the bottom of the frame. So I had to remove the front reflector to install it. But once it was removed, it installed without any problems. The back of the front wing goes quite far back. So if your feet are slightly elevated on the pedals, your foot may scratch the rear fender when cornering. But it's just a slight scratch that won't affect your cycling. However, the rear fender must fit the bike's seat post. So if your seat is below, it may not fit. If it's gone up an inch or so, then it's fine. If you have a rear bike rack you may not be able to fit under it as it only has two pivot points. Since it is mounted quite high on the seat post, it will not fit under the bike rack. If you don't have a bike rack, one should do. All in all a good set of bike fenders to keep you out of the water on the road or trails.
