I bought this item for my roommate as he has a Verizon Wireless which is not compatible with our current AT&T Microcell. The product was delivered quickly and matched the description. The hardest part of the installation was getting the ladder out so the extension could be placed on the roof where there would be the best signal. After installation, Verizon Wireless signal went from 0 to 1-2 bars, but my AT&T signal went from 0 to 4 bars on 4G. The main thing is that the AT&T Tower isn't that far from our house, the Verizon Tower is a bit further. In general, these products work as they should.
