DO NOT BUY this toaster.1. For a $30 toaster you would expect it to be better than it is. It's not really "toast". Heats only (weak). I have to soak the waffles for two minutes and then soak them again for two minutes. As if the toaster stops heating completely after 2 minutes.2. The heating pad is not practical. It's too small to fit anything.3. This company falsely advertises. They will send you a coupon in your box asking you to write a free product review and they will never ship your product. I have already emailed them but no reply yet. My previous comment has been deleted and I'm guessing that's because I described this toaster as nothing spectacular when I first bought it in June. You better get a $20 toaster at Walmart that toasts a lot better than this piece of shit. Today we will be returning ours, NOT replacing them.
