Missing parts and material Rotation

I bought two of these to expand my guinea pig play area. One had no metal shackles and the other only had two twist locks (not metal as shown in the photo) but with three holes. I ended up using zip ties to secure it. In addition, the material curls up and then does not offer much space to hide.
