My daughter wanted this for her birthday. She loves it! The tulle is a little itchy, but it's tulle so it's itchy. Overall love this dress!

- It was Hugh's hit as a party dress 6 years ago. I highly recommend it!!
Cons
- The length of the dress may not be practical for babies who are crawling or walking.
