It’s a nice product but as someone who enjoys maps staring at maps I have a few problems, about half the lakes are the color of the ocean, which wouldn’t be a big problem if the other half weren’t a bright blue. Then there are certain overseas territories which are labeled such as multiple islands belonging to France but the other half of them aren’t labeled, it lacks consistency. Malaysia is two different colors, one of Indonesia’s islands is miscolored along with many other islands. Israel is a Grey which blends with the slightly darker grey chosen for separatist movements such as Palestine and Kosovo. It also completely covers up lake Baikal in Siberia, and it feels as though it is just random at choosing seas to name, it does not label the Baltic nor the Adriatic but makes sure it gets the four seas above Russia. The color scheme just feels unmotivated, like you have pink, orange, slightly darker orange, purple, green, slightly darker green, and then a random color thrown in every now and then when all you need is four colors for a map. My one praise would be it showing disputed territories such as Jammu and Kashmir with a dotted line and seemingly taking a neutral position buts that’s not enough for the price you would be paying.
