This wall mount is a good product but with two small drawbacks. First, it is obvious that the instructions were written by someone unfamiliar with the product or our language. In step 1, DO NOT remove the screws with the Allen key as indicated. Use your fingers to remove the round nuts. In step 6, DO NOT use a hex wrench to tighten the screws as instructed. Round nuts MUST be installed. The round nuts that attach the TV to the stand are not suitable. Tightening them with your finger won't secure the TV securely, so I recommend using pliers to tighten them properly. A better solution would be to replace the round finger nuts with standard hex nuts so they can be tightened with a wrench.
