They run true to size but the material is rough and even after 2 washes they make a noise when walking like Velcro rubbing against each other. I'm almost afraid of starting a fire by rubbing it.π No kidding, if you don't want to draw attention to yourself in the pool or on the beach then don't wear them because everyone will hear you approach before they see you. π.
