I think different opinions of people depend on different situations they are in. For us, this thing saved a life. We live in South Texas where there is no water softening system at home, but we don't have one. Our house is also 100 years old, so we have some old copper pipes there. I decided to start looking and saw a lot of information about water quality and how showering makes a huge impact. I saw how many minerals accumulate in our water, so I knew I had to take a risk. After just a few showers, my hair and skin were amazing. I no longer constantly itch and I literally have no dandruff! The same goes for my wife as her hair is starting to become very healthy. As for the water pressure, I've seen a lot of negative reviews and I think it all comes down to preference. I will say that this shower head drains water much better than our Moen head we had before. It all depends on the person but I think it's an amazing thing.
