Review on Bisgear by Kyle Tran

I need equipment that is reliable and lasting because I'm an athlete who frequently goes on difficult outdoor activities. Unfortunately, Bisgear has consistently failed to deliver in both areas. I frequently buy equipment from Bisgear, just to have it fail me in the field. Their products just cannot withstand the rigors of true outdoor adventuring, from cheaply made tents to subpar sleeping bags. Even worse, whenever I've tried to contact their customer care about these problems, they have been unresponsive and unhelpful. It is obvious that Bisgear is more focused on expanding its outdoor gear sales than on offering high-quality goods and helpful customer service. I would advise serious adventurers to search elsewhere for their gear needs. Simply put, Bisgear falls short of the requirements needed for difficult outdoor activities.
