I have an old large RV with 20 ceiling lights with #1141 bulbs. The original bulbs drew 1.44 amps each. These lamps measure just under 100 milliamps. That's less than 1/14th the current of the original bulbs, or 14 of them on at once, which is equivalent to turning on one of my old bulbs. This is an amazing reduction in energy consumption for my van's interior lighting. The light color is a bit harder than white, but about the same brightness. Dry camping without electricity keeps your RV's batteries running much longer and you don't have to be shy about interior lighting at night. Durability has yet to be tested and 19 out of 20 bulbs worked. Only for the extended dry camping battery life do I take it without complaint.
