Review on 🖥️ iMac Storage Shelf by Twelve South by Karla Kennedy

Bought two of these. One of them arrived with a broken or missing weld that was supposed to secure the bolt to the clamp while holding the load. I contacted Twelve South support and they sent me a replacement clip, but I'm no longer sure I should use this product to store something as fragile as a floppy drive or Macbook Air (as they show in their reports ). Photo). If the BackPack shelf fails and drops a $1500 computer, it's not of much use if they offer to replace the $35 shelf or the 30 cent clip. Update: A bracket on my second backpack broke today. Two backpacks, both failed. Along with other reviewers reporting the same issue, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
