All My LIFE? This table is a life saver in the garage. Rolls easily and is a life saver. No more throwing tools all over the floor. Nuts and bolts have a home. No more they are rolling on the floor or on the ledge of the lift and have fallen on my head. Tools are close by and just a hands throw away. No the wheels don't lock. But if they did then you would be screaming if you always had to unlock them in order to move the thing around. I absolutely love my tray. Great for laying out all the project tools and nuts and bolts and having everything right in front of you. I did spray the ball bearing with super lube just because.
