Perfect for my flattop!

This instant read thermometer was a great addition to my culinary arsenal. That way I can accurately check the temperature on my flat top so I know where my hot spots are. There's nothing worse than grilling a steak in the cold! The packaging was great, even with a storage bag! The battery was easy to put in the grip and the quality gives me a better buying feeling. I recommend and will buy again!
